The Wellbeing festival is an annual event held at Hamilton House which aims to raise awareness and stimulate debate about holistic health, wellbeing and complementary therapy.
The theme for this year’s event is ‘Tools for Transformation‘ and the intention is to inspire and empower people to take something away that will create a positive shift in their wellbeing. To aid in this process we will be offering an exciting range of talks and workshops including Conscious Communication, Acupressure for wellbeing, Emotional literacy for men, Chi Gong- Alchemy of movement, and talks on Living Shamanically, Nutrition for health, the Intuition Compass, the Alchemy of Health & Wellbeing and more.
There will be a healthy, delicious lunch as well as raw treats on offer in the cafe. There will also be kids activities such as healthy cookery, face painting and capoeira and live acoustic music by Fraser Anderson supported by Bex Baxter and Sennen Timcke.
The event is a fundraiser for Wellbeing, a social enterprise based at Hamilton house that provides affordable complementary therapies to the community.
