“A fierce, unsettling critique of inequality.” – The Guardian

Join us at the Wardrobe Theatre for a screening of The Divide; an enlightening documentary following 7 individuals striving for a better life in the UK and USA, where the top 0.1% owns as much wealth as the bottom 90%.

Inspired by the critically-acclaimed book The Spirit Level, the film examines global inequality, highlighting the toxic effects on divided communities where both the rich and the poor are struggling to live happy lives. The screening will be followed by a panel lead discussion, including Ciaran Mundy CEO of Bristol Pound and Kat Wall, campaigner for social justice and environmental sustainability. Collectively, we will be discussing positives steps we can take to tackle inequality, strengthen community bonds and prevent social division in these dark political times. We hope you can join us!

Tickets are £B5 waged and £B3 unwaged (No-one turned away for lack of fees).

You may pay in Bristol Pounds or in Sterling. Bookings through our Eventbright page:
