We are an international grassroots organization working to reverse climate injustice, within the context of ending the divisions between groups of people. Our society sets groups of us against each other, making it difficult to respond effectively to the environmental crisis threatening human and non human life.

Difficult life experiences and various forms of oppression have caused many of us to go numb in some areas. We’ve lost hope of anything better, as if the way things are is the only way they can ever be.

Despite our achievements, activists aren’t immune to these difficult feelings. We often try to hide our urgency, knowing it can put others off. Then we’re left feeling discouraged and isolated.

Sustaining All Life uses the tools of co-counselling to provide mutual support. Through exchanging engaged listening we can free ourselves from discouragement, isolation and feelings of powerlessness.  It’s an invaluable tool for people who are committed to changing the world.

Sustaining all Life (SAL) workshops in Paris
Our workshops: Young People, Classism, Racism, Indigenous People, and for Activists.

Our Forums: ‘The impact of climate change and racism’, ‘Voices of Hope and Courage’.

SAL is going to Paris to learn, but also with the aim of offering other activists a useful tool. And in our Sunday Taster and Fundraiser, you will have the chance to see if it could be useful to you.
